Greetings! Welcome to Williams Academy of Medical Coding “impacting the world of medical coding”.

Two of my greatest passions are working in the field of medical coding and helping others, realize their God-given potential of becoming a medical coding professional. I’ve been fortunate to work in the medical coding profession as a coder and auditor for over 25 years, however one of my greatest accomplishments has been opening Williams Academy of Medical Coding.

For years, I interviewed prospective applicants who had recently graduated from a four-month medical billing and coding program. Unfortunately, many of the applicants were not hired, due to their lack of knowledge and experience in hospital-based medical coding. The heartbreak I experienced when seeing the disappointment on the applicants’ faces is what led me to birth Williams Academy of Medical Coding.
